Requisite for the interim of TFFC organisation, structure and management
in the event of the death or severe disability of the Club Chairman

Article 1. Initially, the authenticity of this document can be verified by the fact that it appears online on the Temple Fortune Football Club (hereby called the Club) website, posted by myself, Nigel David Kyte of 1 Rutherford Close, Borehamwood, Herts, on 31st December 2022, with no outside interference whatsoever at any time.

Article 2. In the event of my demise or severe disability to continue as Club Chairman, subject to ratification by fellow Co-Founder Peter Kyte as the remaining sole member of the Temple Fortune FC Executive Committee, I hereby appoint the Vice-Chairman Simon Linden as Acting Chairman, whose primary role in compliance with Rule 1(c) of the Club's Rules & Regulations, will be to safeguard and maintain the basic structure of the Club, in relation to the name, history, identity (including colours) and management, in order to ensure that none of these organisational essentials are altered by any other parties or outside influences, to protect the Club's best interests at all times, and to chair any Meetings required to manage the Club in conjunction with Peter Kyte and Kerry Higham as members of the Management Committee.

Article 3. I also hereby appoint the Administration Officer, Kerry Higham, as Acting General Secretary and Treasurer, to be the guardian of all assets of the Club and to safeguard all aspects of the Club name, reputation and traditions.

Her main roles will be:

1. To maintain the historic traditions and values of the Club, in terms of the name, the official crest, and the Club colours of predominantly yellow and red, none of which must be changed;

2. To maintain the administration side of the Club as Acting General Secretary until the next election, with a view to being officially elected into the role. (In this respect, I hereby officially nominate her as General Secretary for the next AGM if applicable under Article 2 above);

3. To maintain, update and supervise the Club website, using my Apple Mac computer for the purpose of running Adobe GoLive using the files in the Club Website folder (named 'TFFC Website'), and FileZilla as the FTP site to upload the files accordingly;

4. To maintain the accounts of the Club using the official Excel document, taking on the role of Acting Treasurer until the next election, with a view to being officially elected into the role. (In this respect, I hereby officially nominate her as Treasurer for the next AGM if applicable under Article 2 above);

5. To look after the Club trophies and artefacts, to clean them and submit them for engraving as and when necessary at the end of each season;

6. To look after the Club's playing kits and football equipment in storage at my residence, to safeguard them as best as possible in terms of storage space available; and

7. To look after any other Club property such as TFFC signage, banners, display items specifically for the Club Awards Presentation Event.

Not withstanding the provision of Kerry as guardian of the above items, everything listed remains soley the property of the Executive Committee representing the Club.

Article 4. 'The Founders' Cup for the Chairman's Merit Award' shall remain in name and the responsibility of nominations thereafter will be appointed to Simon Linden as Acting Chairman and Chairman-elect. A plaque may be added to the Trophy reading 'In Memory of Nigel D. Kyte, Co-Founder of Temple Fortune FC, 1968 to XXXX' (appropriate year added).

Article 5. Additionally, Kerry Higham (Administration Officer) is aware of the existence and location of this document on the website and her role will be to liaise with the remaining Officers of the Management Committee and to pass on the information contained within this document. Her pledge is to leave the contents intact without alteration in any way, without interfering whatsoever with the meaning and integrity of this document. As a safeguard, a hard-copy of this document will be left in an envelope at my home address.

Article 6. Furthermore, all questions regarding interpretations of these instructions, of the Rules & Regulations of the Club, or of any point not provided for by the Rules, shall be referred to Peter Kyte, as a member of the Executive Committee, whose decision shall be final and binding on all concerned.
